By accessing or using pankhx.com, or by placing an order with PankhX, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About PankhX

PankhX is a maker supply business based in Ara, Bihar, selling FPVs, drones, lithium batteries, 3D printed products, robotics and school project kits, and offroader RC cars, with delivery across India.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors).
• Order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp indicates acceptance of your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout before an order is dispatched, except where Cash on Delivery is offered.

5. Product Use & Safety

• Products such as FPVs, drones, and lithium batteries carry inherent risks if misused. It is your responsibility to follow included instructions and our battery safety guidance.
• Drones and FPVs may be subject to local flying regulations (such as DGCA rules in India); it is the buyer's responsibility to comply with applicable laws.
• School and robotics kits should be used under adult or instructor supervision where age-appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on pankhx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of PankhX and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PankhX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to damages from improper battery handling, drone operation, or unauthorized modification of products.

8. Returns & Shipping

Returns, refunds, and shipping are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
