PankhX ships pan India from our facility in Ara, Bihar. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the products in your order.

Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and cannot always be shipped by air courier. Orders containing batteries may be routed via surface transport, which can extend delivery timelines, especially to remote areas. We'll flag this at checkout where applicable.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your shipment until delivery.
While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or high order volumes. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
For large school/institutional orders, delivery timelines are shared upfront as part of the quote, since these shipments are often coordinated separately.
